Where is Ward 1, exactly?

Ward 1 covers much of northwestern Norfolk, stretching from the city’s western edge along the Elizabeth River north toward the Chesapeake Bay. It includes communities around Granby, Wards Corner, Titustown and parts of Ocean View and the areas surrounding Naval Station Norfolk. Ward 1 is made up of the Granby, Ocean View School, Northside, Titustown, Second Presbyterian and Wesley voting precincts.

When and where do I vote for Josh?

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Early voting begins at the Norfolk Office of Elections on Friday, September 18. Early voting satellite locations on Sunday, October 18. The deadline for early voting is Saturday, October 31. For hours and locations, visit norfolk.gov/elections.
